Canon USA service center in New Jersey back online
Received the following email from Canon USA. Good news the facility is back online. Hope the rest of the affected areas will be back to normal soon.

Thank you for being a valued Canon Professional Services (CPS) member. We previously communicated to you that our service facility in Jamesburg, New Jersey was without power due to the effects of Hurricane Sandy. We are happy to report that the facility has recovered and is now operating at normal capacity.
Thank you for your understanding while operations were temporarily disrupted.
