Weather improved quite a bit, so did my health. No more aches but still low energy level and the whale action is still nothing to write home about. Maybe it's because I am spoiled by my many other whale encounters in all my years of wildlife photography. It takes a lot to get me excited now.
Came across quite a few pods of Bottled-nosed and Common dolphins hanging around the Humpbacks. The whales are not particulalry enamored of these cetacean friends. Also came across a small number of Grays whales but mostly Humpbacks. On the bright side, I am getting quite a nice tan.
