Canon announced the EOS-M2, the successor to the original EOS-M camera, in early December. Although the EOS-M is a slow seller in Europe and North America, it is doing quite well in Asia and Japan. The following camera rankings are for mirrorless and DSLR camera sales in 2013. I believe the EOS-M2 will be available outside Asia some time in the first half of 2014.
